Application Instructions Step 1: Trace the sole bottom on the back of the 3M liner, with the 3M logo facing up. Place the toe as close to the front edge of the protector as possible to maximize coverage. Use a small piece of tape to keep the Sole Protector in place while tracing.

Step 2: Carefully cut out the traced area, cutting slightly wider than your traced area as a precaution.

Step 3: Ensure that the sole is clean before application. For best results, lightly wet your shoe soles with a spray bottle before application.

Step 4: Align the "cut-out" with your shoe sole, starting at the tip of the toe. Carefully peel the liner as you apply the Sole Protector, massaging out any air bubbles. Use a credit card to smooth out the surface and eliminate any remaining air bubbles. Allow the Sole Protector to settle overnight.
