Max 200A Trombetta Continuous Solenoid Relay 12VDC
The Stylemafia Max 200A Trombetta Continuous Solenoid Relay is a heavy-duty 3-terminal winch marine solenoid with a 24106 SPST configuration. It operates at 12VDC and features Normally Open (NO) contacts, a flat base metal case, and 10-32 terminals.
The 3-pole battery isolation solenoid is also designed for 12VDC operation and comes with 2 copper points. The housing is a plated steel case with a 180-degree flat mounting bracket. The mounting holes are 5/16 x 19/32 inches, spaced 2-13/64 inches on centers.
The coil roll for this solenoid uses 180°C copper, with a maximum current rating above 200 amps and a continuous rated current of 100 amps. The cover is environmentally plated, creating a sealed unit that protects the solenoid from the elements and helps prevent corrosion.
For installation, one side of the solenoid connects to the battery, while the opposite side connects to the starter. The smaller top screw should be connected to the switch or key start only. The solenoid is already internally grounded.
If the energizing circuit typically uses 16/18 AWG wiring, a 5-amp fuse is recommended. If the wiring is 10 AWG, a 30-amp auto circuit breaker is suggested. For high-output alternators, an 8 AWG wire with a 50-amp auto circuit breaker is recommended.
